Job Title: B2B Account Executive: | Base + Bonus + Lifetime Residual Income

Reliable Payments is seeking an energetic B2B Account Executive who thrives on building relationships and engaging directly with business owners and entrepreneurs. This is a people-selling-to-people role for someone who enjoys outbound sales conversations and is motivated to grow a long-term book of business in the merchant services industry.

Payment processing is essential for every business. As commerce continues moving toward digital and cashless transactions, business owners rely on trusted partners to help them operate efficiently and profitably. This creates long-term stability and opportunity for sales professionals who are ready to grow alongside a strong, established company.

This role combines base salary, performance-based bonuses, and lifetime residual income tied to the accounts you secure. As your portfolio grows, you earn ongoing residual income, with vesting opportunities that allow you to participate in the long-term value of the relationships you build.

For the right person, this is an opportunity to build a revenue-producing portfolio that can generate income for years to come within a stable, essential industry.

What This Role Involves

This is an outbound B2B sales role where you will:

  • Prospect through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and community engagement
    • Generate and manage your own pipeline
    • Meet directly with business owners and decision-makers
    • Conduct needs assessments and present tailored payment solutions
    • Close new merchant accounts and grow your portfolio
    • Maintain strong relationships that lead to referrals and recurring income

We do not provide inbound leads. Success in this role comes from consistent activity, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to confidently engage business owners in meaningful conversations. You will have the backing of an established brand and full internal support to help you succeed.
