Job Title: Account Executive (100% Commission)

About the Role:
We’re looking for hungry, self-driven sales professionals who want the freedom and responsibility to run their own business. This is a 100% commission opportunity for someone who thrives on the hunt, builds relationships easily, and takes pride in representing a brand that’s already known and respected in the market.
You’ll leverage our established reputation, in-house support team, and full suite of payment solutions to help merchants save money and operate smarter. The more you sell, the more you earn, with lifetime residuals that reward consistency and long-term relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect daily for new merchant accounts through cold calling, networking, and local outreach
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Conduct needs analyses to identify ideal payment solutions for each client
- Present, negotiate, and close deals that meet or exceed monthly targets
- Deliver world-class service by partnering with our in-house support and onboarding teams
- Foster long-term relationships that lead to referrals and recurring income
- Represent Reliable Payments at community and industry events with professionalism and enthusiasm
What You Bring:
- Proven success in outside B2B sales or a strong desire to break into it
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a relentless drive to earn and grow
- Confidence in prospecting and cold outreach
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High level of integrity and follow-through, doing right by your clients every time
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot experience a plus)
